Modular houses
Modular houses (ie room element houses) are built from modules. The module is the three-dimensional part of the building, where the floor, walls and ceiling are already assembled at the factory. The module can also contain several smaller spaces.
The modules are manufactured in factory-controlled conditions and by qualified professionals. As a result of the standardized production process, it is possible to build a house up to a 95% degree of completion. For example, the installation of interior decoration and communications, kitchen furniture and sanitary ware can be performed.
Finished modules are transported to the construction site and assembled on the foundation into complete buildings – modular houses. The high degree of readiness resulting from the technology saves time and money on the construction site and prevents weather problems. The result is a high-quality and energy-saving modular house.
