Five-room element house in Saue

The single-storey, five-room prefabricated private house by Timbeco Woodhouse OÜ is a contemporary family home with a net floor area of 180.1 m², offering a spacious living environment that fits well with its plot. The layout is clear and functional, carefully designed to support the everyday needs of a family. The central feature of the house is the generous living–kitchen area, distinguished by a higher-than-standard ceiling and large glazed surfaces. These elements bring abundant natural light into the interior and create an airy, open sense of space throughout the home.

The exterior design emphasises a modern and durable solution. The façade is finished with weather-resistant fibre cement panels, ensuring a long service life, minimal maintenance requirements, and a timeless, contemporary appearance.

The building’s technical systems support an energy-efficient and comfortable living environment. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump, while a heat-recovery ventilation system ensures a healthy and stable indoor climate.

The result is a high-quality and thoughtfully designed prefabricated element house that brings together the advantages of factory-built construction, contemporary architecture, and a user-centred spatial layout into one cohesive and sustainable home.
