Woodhouse Estonia, Estonian Embassy in Copenhagen and Trade Estonia would like to invite Danish architects, contractors, developers and other timber industry experts to visit Estonia. Be insipired by the local competence, exchange knowledge and establish new contacts among the top players within the European wood building industry.
Estonia has become the largest exporter of prefabricated wooden houses in Europe. 90% the country’s production is exported (485 M€/2021), mostly to Scandinavia and Germany, but Estonian wooden houses can be found in over 70 countries. The Estonian woodhouse sector, which is leading innovation while combining extensive R&D with cutting-edge design & technology, is ready to strengthen cooperation with Danish stakeholders and together contribute to more wooden building in Denmark.
On this study trip, the following Estonian superfactories will open their doors to the Danish delegation: Harmet, Kodumaja, Arcwood, Welement.
